Mango season has started!!!! Its Summer time!!!!! :) Very Hot climate!!!Finally got mangoes at my home and was wondering what will I do with mangoes? Got an idea as it will be very good and healthy for kids.Thought of making mango cupcake with real fruits on the top.Its such as TRIPLE FRUITS for this post as I made mango cupcake with blueberry preserves and strawberry preserves mixed into the butter cream :) Here it is!

Preheat the oven to 350 F or 180 C. Line the muffin liners into the muffin pan and set aside.

Using an electric mixer or hand mixer, beat the butter and sugar until creamy and smooth,Add the eggs one by one at a time.Sift the flour, salt and baking powder and/ or baking soda and add to the wet mixture until its well combined.Add mango puree and vanilla extract and stir it well.

Evenly pour the batter into each and every liner of the muffin pan and allow to bake it for about 17 to 20 minutes or just until the toothpick comes out clean.Do not over bake.
