Danish Dream Cake (Drømmekage fra Brovst)

Dear Friends,

Hello!!! I was being looking for different ones and I got an opportunity to do Danish cake as A cake originated from Denmark :)suggested by Meena and selected By Gayathri of Baking Eggless group and It was so exciting for me to do..I find it hard part is Eggs to replace. It is very challenging task for me to search and googled  about what to replace more eggs for! After got help from my friends most suggested are condensed milk, curd and baking soda..I want to add only one ingredient which can replace with eggs. Once I had made Yogurt cake and it was big success. So want to try out the main ingredient as "Curd/Yogurt"
It was very thrilling while making batter because I used all the ingredients as given without any changes.Only one thing to change is Eggs.I just loved it and it was an amazing taste and very soft and moist too.Everyone in my family had enjoyed a slice. It was a big success. Here is the recipe and Enjoy a slice of cake with your family and friends :)
