Combo Fruit Lassi by Non blogger friend for my Blog Anniversary!

Dear Friends

First of all I must thank to Bini who had mailed me and she is my first non blogger friend for my blog 1st anniversary event.It is so wonderful to see her and know about her and she sent combo fruits lassi..Isn't it amazing? 

Introduction about my non blogger friend : Bini Basheer!


My name is Bini Basheer. I am from Kerala. I am working in Kerala State Electricity Board..I have got my mom and dad at my home...I had a brother...My marriage is almost fixed...I came to know about this event through FB....I am a non blogger.Really glad that u allowed non bloggers also to be a part of this wonderful event dear.....Let me use this opportunity to show case my dishes dear...Starting with one of my personal favorites ........

Recipe Name :  Combo Fruit lassi

       I am a great fan of chill items such as smoothie, salads, salsa etc...I sweat a lot...So I always use to consume cold items to make my body chill...I always use to experiment in case of cold items...So the recipe i am going to showcase here is one of my experiments which found a successful result...My family members are great fans of my lassi preparations...You guys also try this when u get time..especially to beat this unbearable hot climate...So letz start




INGREDIENTS

       As this is a combination of lassi of  three fruits, letz discuss one by one...

a)  PAPAYA LASSI

1)  Papaya ( ripened, chopped) - 1 cup
2)  Yoghurt - 2 tablespoon
3)  Water -  3/4 cup (add more if u want to make more loose)
4)  Sugar -  2 tablespoon (add more if needed)
5)  Cardamom powder - 1 pinch
6)  Cashew nut (crushed) - 1 teaspoon 
7)  Ice cubes (crushed) - 1 teaspoon (small)

Grind all the ingredients numbered 1 to 5 in a blender till the mixture becomes smooth.

b)  GREEN GRAPE LASSI

1)  Green grapes ( ripened, chopped) - 1 cup
2)  Yoghurt - 2 tablespoon
3)  Water -  3/4 cup (add more if u want to make more loose)
4)  Sugar -  2 tablespoon (add more if needed)
5)  Cardamom powder - 1 pinch
6)  Cashew nut (crushed) - 1 teaspoon 
7)  Ice cubes (crushed) - 1 teaspoon (small)

Grind all the ingredients numbered 1 to 5 in a blender till the mixture becomes smooth

c)  BANANA LASSI

1)  Small Banana ( ripened, chopped)  -  1 cup
2)  Milk -  2 tablespoon
3)  Nutella -  1 tablespoon
4)  Yogurt - 2 tablespoon
5)  Sugar -  2 tablespoon (add more if needed)
6)  Cardamom powder - 1 pinch
7)  Honey - 1 tablespoon
8)  Water - 1/2  teaspoon
9)  Cashew nut (chopped) - 1 teaspoon 
10)  Ice cubes (crushed) - 1 teaspoon (small)

Grind all the ingredients  numbered 1 to 8 in a blender till the mixture becomes smooth. If the mixture is so thick, compensate it with milk...Don't use water)

PROCEDURE

1)  Fill 1/3 portion of  a glass (preferably a lengthy one) with PAPAYA LASSI. Then garnish this layer with chopped cashew nuts and crushed ice cubes
2)  Fill the next 1/3 portion with BANANA LASSI. Then garnish this layer with chopped cashew nuts and crushed ice cubes
3)  Fill the next 1/3 portion with GREEN GRAPE LASSI. Then garnish this layer with chopped cashew nuts and crushed ice cubes.

Refrigerate and serve this chill chill drink...

      Thanku so much dear..Very very happy to know that i am your first non blogger friend..and really happy to be a part of this wondeful event..Dear, I found a mistake when i read this...Itz completely my mistake..In the preparation of banana lassi, there are two ingredients with number 7..In the procedure also, there is a mistake..Can u pls correct it as "grind the ingredients numbered 1 to 8 dear...I vl be more vigilant next time dear..I am really sorry this time..
